18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement.

All models depicted in sexual conduct or in nude were 18 years or older at the time of the depiction.

In fulfilling its obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements, relies on the plain language of the statute, which states that the rule applies to those who digitally manipulate images of actual human beings but not to those who generate computer images that do not depict actual human beings (e.g., cartoons) and the matter that contains only visual depictions of simulated sexually explicit conduct, are exempt from on-site record keeping requirements.
